This year the season ticket box will include a large poster size map of all our "home" stadiums so members can be sure to find their way to the correct venue
Should be an updated MTA timetable for the subways to get to each location.

Any founding members have any idea if we will be getting trade-in credits this year?

For those who don’t know, founding members get founding member price credit when you return tickets, but have to pay city member prices for new tickets. In my case, the spread is $9 so the “free trade-in” program costs me $18 per game.
The old founding member disadvantage...

Wow. I don't even remember noticing that. I doubt it will change. I don't think there was widespread pushback on it.

They started every founding member off with a credit equal to 4-5 games worth of up charges last year. Hoping they do it again.
I remember those, but I thought all STH's got them, and I thought you were suggesting a specific and different price differential credit. But you're right, the email last year (of March 1) said that "As a valued Founding Member, you will automatically receive $40 in City Tokens for you to apply to upgrades and add-ons." Of course they don't say it's partial compensation for their arbitrage game.

First year as a STH, can someone explain what the "cityzens" feature is all about?

Basically you get points for doing various things like going to games, watching games on yes, etc. You accumulate points and redeem them for so called prized that vary from seat upgrades, to raffle chances, to various NYCFC related memorabilia. There isn't always a list of things to redeem and collecting points doesn't always work correctly. But that's about it.

Think of it as a loyalty reward system that's mostly an after thought

The amount was different depending on the cost of your tickets. They told me they looked at prior year's and determined the average number of times STHs used the ticket swap, then gave founding members enough credit to cover that amount of swaps for their particular ticket price.

I was told it was a limitation of the system that they weren't able to overcome and apparently still aren't able.

There used to be some really good stuff in the program. Kids acting as player escorts, autographed photos, game used items, etc. It was basically a wasteland last season.

For anyone that has a monthly payment plan, has their monthly amount due decreased for next month?

I've been paying ~$98 a month for the last 6 payments, but now my monthly payments are scheduled at ~$62. Meaning ~$960 total for the year and a savings of ~$220 compared to what I was invoiced for back in Aug 2019.

My payment schedule seems the same. I did notice for the first time that if you look at the individual matches on the invoice, the tickets have different prices?

mine also decreased, but you're also assuming it will continue to be at the decreased level for the remainder of your payments. maybe they aren't all equal payments for some reason?

they've always been equal every month for prior seasons, but even if they weren't, when I add up the 6 I've paid and the 6 that remain, it's still significantly less than my total invoiced amount for the year

Maybe they front-loaded the payments since they didn’t know which matches would occur where in the season, and they wanted to make sure they covered all of the high-value matches first so somebody couldn’t cancel their tix while coming out ahead with the prime matches?
