After Speaking With My Account Manager

So I understand, Jews have a prayer which many of them pray daily, thanking God for not making them a Gentile, a woman or a slave. I have a different prayer. Every day I thank God for not making me a customer services rep.

Possibly the single part of the Jewish liturgy that I am the least proud....

So following up: I resent my email to my account rep David Hiller and this time he responded. He assured me he is still very much with the team and excused the earlier lack of response because it went into spam. Anyway, he at least has not left.

Someone posted here yesterday in a different thread that he got free jerseys as compensation, and I saw similar stories in the TR page at FB. So they are starting to do some things right.

I e-mailed Fan Services directly and got a telephone call the same day shortly after e-mailing. I am still unclear as to what the resolution is w/r/t asking for an exchange on the jersey. The person I spoke to with Fan Services (Emily Albert) asked where I had bought it, what size, etc., and then said to expect something in the mail in a few weeks. Why I didn't ask what it was they were sending me, I'm not really sure why other than that I wasn't expecting it to be a surprise and then the call concluded.

It's been over two months since I originally contacted my rep and fan services. Four weeks ago I was told I would receive something in the mail in a few weeks, and the only thing they can tell me presently is that they are "working through a few different options" and that I should see something in about a week.

Mickey Mouse operation.

Worked in customer service for more years than I can count (or want count). My head still hurts.

Jeez, this isn't hard.

Did anyone else receive a player t-shirt in the mail from the team today?

Or is this their recompense for my Lampard Jersey? I am guessing the latter.

I should have complained after buying my Lampard shirt. Oh well, too late now I guess.

Got mine today. I simply asked for something for my boys and I to wear until Lamps Jerseys are relevant, as both sons and myself have lamps jerseys. They sent 3 Mix shirts. I'm cool with that.
