Since it's closed now, I'll reply here. And this is representative of their ilk.

We need a thread to discuss the regular season and I need a place to post this
Might be worse than his already legendary one
Wait, so when they beat our scrubadubdubs, they beat NYCFC/Arizona is red/their dicks are erect/their brain cells are still dead.

When they get plowed by NER, it's #rbnj 2.

They won't ever change. Bless their hearts. The fucking dumb chumps that they are. I can't believe I used to go their matches. Obviously, I never sat with the supporters or I'd have had a clue as to how garbage they were. Wonder what it's like to have a little brother complex to a team that's 3 years old?

Lampard autograph envy at its finest.

Not locked. It was merged by Dan. You can find it here. http://nycfcforums.com/index.php?threads/mls-week-1-2017.5304/
Whatever. We need a dedicated shit talking thread anyway. And them going twitter soccer warz over beating our sisters of the poor squad is reason enough to launch it.

I actually feel like we will get more points than them this year, if PV doesn't get too cute.

(It was locked at some point anyway because I got the red alert when I hit reply on my post, and it had the chastity belt in the forum view.)

I think they are in for one hell of a shock when they play us without Dax and our MFs can run around and dictate the pace of play. I'd like to add 3 wins in our column this season to the overall record.

Their defenders will also be in for a surprise when they realize we have a faster press then they see in their practices. We should definitely not play Pirlo vs them and let our youth/speed in the midfield run circles around them. Ring/Herrera will make that new kid cry.

I just realized that, for no apparent reason, I dislike NJRB more than any other sports team. No other team produces that deep visceral negative feeling in me as much as NJRB. Its strange, whenever I hear the word redbulls my mood immediately changes for the worse.

I've never experienced this before. Its fascinating how the brain works, I wonder what chain of events caused my body to exhibit genuine physiological hormonal differences at the drop of a trigger word, that until three years ago, meant exactly nothing to me.

I get the same feeling about the Red Bulls except it's not new for me. I'm a Yankees fan and I hate the Red Sox with a passion that burns hotter than a hair straightener left plugged in for too long.

To be fair, the Blue Jays are starting to give the Sox a run for their money. They're the worst. And their fans! Ugh!

Yeah. Canadians have a strong reputation for being nice guys, but Toronto fans could single handedly ruin that.

I post this not because of the beautiful free kick, but because of the collective expression of disappointment from the Red Bulls. A priceless offer of schadenfreude for you all.

That's a group of players with some serious confidence problems.

Curious, was that the 4th goal or one earlier? Never mind - just saw the score at the top corner.

They didn't even jump...lol

That Goal 4

I've been to a few games there, and apart from the lack of attendees, the stadium kind of blows.
I was there Friday night for the match to catch up with some old friends. The crowd size was improved from their previous games, bottom bowl nearly full, upper deck mostly empty. I have to say for overall match atmosphere, NYC games are better. Outside of the RBA supporters section, it was dead quiet, almost weirdly so. I was in the upper bowl endline which had a good amount of people but really really quiet. I left at halftime, the match up to that point was nonexistent of any exciting play from either side.
