Center Forward Suggestions

Dos Santos. He is a young and very talented forward. Also he would attract many of the Mexican/Mexican American population that the tri state area has.

Balotelli. NYC FC and the MLS for that matter, need a name who is in his prime and just crazy enough to jump from Europe to the states on a whim. He has the personality that New Yorkers love, Broadway Joe, now Manhattan Mario. He has ties with City and money could get him here.

Exactly the PERSONALITY. Like I said in the "Good Signing?" thread people shouldn't underestimate that as a draw. If Balotelli came for one year at most it would be a colossal success as far as I'm concerned barring injury. Money should be no object if there's the slightest chance. I've suggested Ibra as well which obviously is more realistic. There's a lot of good forwards out there I'm not really planning to post in all of the fantasy threads.

I'd love to see them make a shock move for Fredy Montero but I really don't expect it since he's done so well in Portugal plus he loves the sounders too much to play for any other team

I dislike Ibra... Bolateli would be unstoppable but I feel Altidore is realistic. He has not been performing this season so a discount might be possible. Being in NY we do need stars and stars from countries that have huge populations in NYC can help attendance.

Bradley was a NY/NJ player and from NJ and is now back in the MLS. I really do not think Jozy would say no if the best option is the MLS and City is willing to pay when he has not been in form lately. That being said he is not my first choice but I would love to see a USMNT hopeful in NYC!!!

Yeah but Bradley didn't contestant lay talk about how he "loved" the red bulls Jozy is utterly in love with that organization

Ibra or Balotelli ...Balotelli would be amazing for NYCFC and MLS in general
