City Voice

So I just received a fedex package from NYCFC out of nowhere with this scarf and letter!

I was the "featured member" on City Voice a couple of weeks ago, so it's probably from that. Either way, I'm stoked!

Does anybody besides me sometimes wonder what the point of some of the City Voice surveys is? This morning I got an email and the survey opened by asking whether you bought season tickets, a package, individual game tickets, etc. So I answered season tickets. The next question was whether I bought them before the season started or after. Then the survey was over.

I mean, don't they already know this? Don't they know how many people bought ST as opposed to packages as opposed to single games? And then don't they know how many STH did so before the season or after? I can imagine that if I had answered differently there might have been more questions but then why send the survey to STHs at all. Sure, maybe the survey was designed to find out what might entice package buyers to step up to STH. Fine. Then screen your email list and don't ask STHs to waste our time.

Yes, it's extremely small potatoes compared to the team being terrible, but almost everything this team does has me shaking my head.

I'm in.

Gotta be honest though.........this appears to be a clone of something they have on the official MCFC site. If so, it's going to be more annoying than something fun to participate in. E.G.: Most of the polls are going to be more about how much love do you have for the teams sponsors than anything else. As the kid said in the movie: "A crummy commercial? Sonovabitch."
Didn't nail it 100%, but I was in the ballpark with this little gem from back in January. ;)

I've stopped taking the surveys for this reason. They're so pointless by now, and if I'm logged in, you should already know if I purchased tickets or not.
