I downgraded 2 seats and dropped 2 seats and all 4 disappeared from my account, 2 of which had thousands of points. Past downgrades had always kept the points. As usual, the response from fan services was slow and unhelpful.

I kept those two. Jr. loves sitting so close to the goalies and I like that it's a relatively closed environment so I can let him go the john by himself. I had 4 others that I moved each year looking for something I could come close to getting my money back on. Last year had 1st row second level near midfield and couldn't get close, so I dropped two of those and moved the other 2 to the SS.

Got it. I didn't realize you had 6. Thought it was 4. I knew you and Jr. loved those seats.

I was just in my Cityzens points account. I didn't downgrade, but I did move seats within the same price level, and the account still shows my old seats. It hasn't been updated yet with my new seats, which makes me think they must have purposefully went into accounts that downgraded and purposefully triggered something for at least some accounts that downgraded.

Maybe the first priority is to manually input changes to accounts that drop seats, because in that case points are forfeit, and I understand they want to prevent people going on a redemption spree with points they're not supposed to have any more. Since Fred both dropped and downgraded, he was caught up in that initial sweep.

I also saw this and emailed my rep. He said the tech team is working on it and it should be done by mid-February. Now I don’t know which mid-February that is...2019, 2020, 2024? Because I haven’t received points from matches since May 2017 and twitter points since June 2018. It’s a completely broken IT system.

They have always been slow to update the seats shown on your Cityzens account when you switch seats. While it's annoying to all of our OCD-side, it really doesn't matter. The other failures are absurd, though.

It seems like getting points when you have club seats requires weekly phone calls. My old rep did it automatically for me each week. New rep, not so much.

I bid a bunch of points on the FIFA 19 for PS4 - figured I didn't redeem any last year and had a bunch, so that's basically a free game. The points have now gone from my account, but I didn't get any kind of notification that I won, so..... did I win it?
