i wonder why it took them so long to realize it should be played at a neutral ground
this has yet to be confirmed. The rumor is play at UAE so then the winner stays to play the club world cup.

This whole thing was insane, i was actually watching the whole thing from the pregame stuff thru fox deportes and that was crazy 4/5 hours watching this stuff. i recall that conmebol changed the usual date and times (weeknights ) to weekends so then europe and other parts of the world can enjoy the final.....all that shit backfired now.

Also, one of the presidents ( i think) mentioned that they had other presidents/ director from other parts of the world such as FIFA president, but he also specifically mentioned that MLS representative was there, i do wonder if it was Don Garber there. If so perhaps there is some legs to that MLS teams to Libertadores rumor.

Im not sure where i read it but i remember Liga MX is talking with Conmebol to go back to Libertadores, and that in discussion they want MLS. 5 spots in total 3 mexico and 2 mls... Or 5 spots for the newly formed MLS/Liga MX league

I'm sure police departments all over the country are telling their local stadium management groups to decline this match.

Being worried about the Argentinean diaspora in Miami is like being worried about Yankees fans in Tampa. Rich and harmless.

I'd be more worried about the young Americans who aspire to be like the Argentine ultras.

Yep that's the rumor, apparently IMG was leading that push for MLS teams. I think liga mx president will meet with conmebol next week to discuss details, so could happen, even though garber "denied" it recently
