Expansion Rumors Megathread

I think this was the County 's way of saying, "we're still trying to work with MLS."

If you are MLS, how much is that team potentially worth to you? Or would you rather have the probably $75 Million in expansion dollars the one city out of Minny, Sacramento, San Antonio or Las Vegas would pay you to join in.

He knew. That is just some weird Miami blog that has no real sources.

Just today this came out:
“Careful consideration will be given to FIU when we address the opportunities for a temporary facility,” local Miami Beckham United spokesman Tadd Schwartz said in a written statement.

They knew, the point was that they didn't ask the county to do it. So it remains to be seen what happens next.

I think Beckham's team WILL start playing in a temporary stadium but only if they have a stadium plan in place.

I think the league wants them to join in 2018 along with Sacramento or Minnesota to keep the conferences balanced.

I'm totally serious. I can't believe you don't like that branding. Seems more logical, sleek and more thoughtful than most other MLS brands.
I'm certainly not the one to argue taste, haha. The rest of the badge looks nice, but there is a soccer ball floating in water. I can;t get past that. And that middle jersey look like a golf polo.

It's funny, I posted this exact same branding for Miami a month ago and was surprised how many people on here loved it. Had you never seen this before?

I am sure I have. Don't use my opinion as any marker of public sentiment. I like the sky blues, remember?

I saw that a while ago and I thought that certain parts are solid, the kits and some other aspects, but I'm not sold on the name or the logo. The logo seems too light to me. Too much empty space between the lines. I'd rather see some color blocks than that much transparency.

I haven't seen that before but I like those kit designs and the logo a lot. Just don't like "inter Miami."

I really do like this whole branding. It's a shame that it's not even real.
