When I beat a 80 team on Legendary 4-1 and lose to a 80 team on world class 3-2. Last night.. shut it off and went to bed. Didn't 'keep me playing'

Am I wrong or is 18 the first iteration where while you're playing there's a pop-up which says "it looks like you're ready to try [next level of difficulty]"? Happened to me when I first bought the game and fired up The Journey. While I don't doubt that EA scripts FIFA, this is the first time I feel like they've somewhat hinted at dynamic difficulty.

that was on journey in 17. I only play UT and a bit of clubs, so not sure about offline modes beyond journey.

Weekend league this weekend, I was 2 of 16. Next 10, I won 3. Then I won like 13 in a row to finish Gold 3, where I usually do.

What did I do? Drop some higher rated players and bronze bench. But mostly, my club stopped playing like I was in quick sand.

I suck, but I don't feel like I'm rewarded. It's a running joke among folks I play with that I am the unluckiest player ever.

I sometimes wonder if I screwed myself because I used to play FIFA on my ipad. That gave me a ton of XP without the commensurate skills to go with it. Just a theory.

I put together an all Man City team. Compared to the team that I used to play with it's no where near as good. The average rating for the players I used to have was 88/89. The city team, 85, yet both have an overall of 84. They've put way more emphasis on green chemistry links and I feel like it's impacting overall team performance. The link up play with the man city team is amazing compared to the other team which had 3 freaking icons and pace out the ass.
