Kind of amazing DC wasn't really penalized for this. You'd think they should either play with 10 men or something like that -- how can you make an illegal substitution, have the game to on for two minutes, then only be forced to make another sub?
i think the extreme penalty is a forfeit game but Atlanta has to file the complaint. but seeing that Atlanta won 4-0 and a forfeit win is 3-0 they figure it was not worth it.
great poster. they should have saved it for 2021 for whatever game first allows fans.

I am ok with it since he has a personal matter to attend to, which seems to be the driving reason for going. But without maxi and mitri, we'll have to rely on Medina as the 10 and that is worrying. no pace, no vision, no wicked shot. no bueno

was anton really considered for a call up? i feel like he was not called up since like early 2018.
well our best performing player is gone, i guess he wont be back until the toronto game?
Maxi was only supposed to miss 4-6 weeks. That time period is rapidly approaching -- he was hurt on Sept. 12, so four weeks gets us to this weekend's game. So we could potentially have Maxi back some time in the next couple weeks.
In some of the training stuff he's been on light training, which makes me think we'll see a "MAXI RETURNS TO TRAINING!" soon, if all's going well there.
So Maxi out for almost the rest of the season and Mitrita likely gone. Yikes. Just one of those seasons. At least we're facing the worst team in the league in this one.
