Welcome Aboard Walshawblue, its awesome having so much support coming from MCFC fans!
Hi, joined the forum because I am a Manchester City fan and think it is great to have a team in the MLS that I can have some connection to. Hopefully the two clubs can benefit from each other and it will be good fun to watch NYCFC in action, the MLS is improving greatly and has already has my favourite non-Man City player there in Thierry Henry, just a shame that he is at the wrong New York side! I'll try and watch some games when they join the MLS next March, fingers crossed for some beginners luck

I am indeed! I tend to be more of a lurker than a poster, but I'm here to learn about all things MLS so I hope to get involved as much as I can.

Same as "flightless" me,I have never really followed MLS,but will be doing from now on.

Had to look up what a BARM is, so we definitely don't call it that. According to google images it looks like a barm is a roll, maybe a kaiser roll?

I've been lurking for a while but time to maybe try and contribute.
I'm a Melbourne City (nee Heart) fan from Australia.
Since the announcement of Heart's purchase by CFG I had suspected Heart and NYCFC would share a stronger relationship with each other than that of their adoptive parent club MCFC. David Villa's partnership with both NYCFC and Heart seems like good evidence of that. I hope this starts us down a road of friendship and co-operation between both clubs. I'm stoked to have another team to support in the (our) off season and I eagerly look forward to coming down for a beer next time in NYC.

Hello! It´s rising every year. Probably if some good brazilian players departure to play in MLS it will increase even more. Well, for starters, I think Kaká and Robinho would be good options for MLS. I don´t know if NYCFC will hire or even try to hire them, but especially Kaká would be great for us! Can you imagine Lampard and Kaka?
that would be great! Id take kaka and robinho in a heart beat. Word on the street here is that orlando is going to sign robinho and kaka. They have a brazilian president who met with kaka. Either way, good to have him in the league, although id prefer him here.
Brazilians id go for.....you think pato would come here? luis fabiano, denilson, or jadson?
