Jack Harrison [Midfielder]

I think they all get the same PR coaching from MLS prior to the draft.
[THANK YOU DON GARBER AND THE OWNER/OPERATORS WHO SELECTED ME TO PLAY FOR THE SINGLE ENTITY MLS AS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR FOR NYCFC,INC,LLC. I AM HONORED TO REPRESENT THE LEAGUE AS A PART OF THE COLLABORATIVE AND NON-COMPETITIVE ENDEAVOR TO SUPPLY ENTERTAINMENT TO THE FANS OF MLS. I AM HAPPY THE THE DIVISION OF MLS KNOWN AS NYCFC HAS SELECTED ME TO WORK IN THEIR LEAGUE OFFICE IN YANKEE STADIUM, BUT I WILL ALSO BE HAPPY TO BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER DIVISION OF MLS IN ANOTHER CITY IF THE LEAGUE SO DECIDES. GO MLS!!!!!!]

Watch the Vincent video message. Pre-recorded, vague as hell, since he had no idea where he would end up. Filmed as US Cupcake Camp.

FWIW, the NYCFC official website doesn't list Harrison as an international player either. I think it's safe to assume he qualifies as a domestic for now - it's not like that's something they'll ever have a press release about.

Green card holders don't count as internationals. As he has been living here for 5 year, although possible, he mostly likely is not here on a student visa.

Yeah, but nobody's explicitly confirmed he has a green card. I think we can infer it at this point.

They didn't list him as Generation Adidas either which other teams do on their roster pages.
