Jack Harrison [Midfielder]

If Vieira puts out a lineup similar to Kreis did for the Open Cup, Harrison is going to have a Poku vs. Cosmos type match.

Ugh, did anyone even see him training to begin with? Wondering if he came in with something or if he suffered it during training. Based on Vieira's quote it appears he came into preseason with it and that's why he wasn't doing anything during the combine.

No this is likely why he didn't take part of the combine.

Oh well, at least it is not serious and he should be there for opening day!

I did say in another thread that there is 0% chance he starts and to quote me if he does... I'm very sorry if that had anything to do with the severity of his injury lol.

Based on Vieira's quote

We were aware he had a problem, but having monitored and assessed the injury further since he joined us, we’ve found that it will take him longer to return to full fitness than we first anticipated."

Well we know he was held out of participating in the combine due to some injury, so this must be it. At least it doesn't seem like anything new. No timetable though.

Sorry LionNYC LionNYC but he's actually eligible to return April 21st at Philadelphia.

He was placed on the DL before the season started.
