I tend to just ignore all of these because I don't care. This could mean a few things, in my mind:
1) He likes it to make the fans think he agrees that the rumors are false, and they are

so I just try not to even worry about these things.
its the same in all of latin america, they still love him in racing though so each year they all telling him to come back home. remember in start of season with callens and how he was "unhappy" at nycfc because he may not have visibility to get called up to NT? he stayed and he actually got called up to NT.

I'm calling it now after watching the long interview that he is back in some coaching capacity in like 2 years. He mentioned multiple times being back in the future in a way that felt more that just coming back to watch the games.
I can't believe Maxi era is actually over. Gonna miss him. Hopefully we can find someone to replaace his creativity, because we know last year what a difference we were with and without him.
We thought that was gonna be Santi.. I was a little afraid he was gone since he was only a loan. We will be missing that #10 presence.. I don't know who can take that role..
No one on the roster right now can take over what Maxi did for us. We're going to have to go out and find someone in the transfer market. I'm definitely worried the team thought he was coming back and now we're months behind in looking for a replacement.
I am steeling myself to accept that the first half of this year may not include the Maxi replacement. Fingers crossed for the rest of the team without that magical creator.
