MLS Fantasy: Round 26

I transferred him out for BWP, so I'm ok.

As I mentioned in the other thread, I'm somewhat screwed this week because I had 8 players who are going to be out next round. If there was ever a week to take a -8 it's this one, as neither of my H2H opponents are high in the table.

I am somewhat pissed that out of nowhere Accam has a red flag, but if he's a no go, I have Campbell as the 1st guy off the bench as a auto-sub.

I saw that Rowe is expected back, so I started him over Bono.

G: Rowe

D: Sjoberg, Bernardez, Zimmerman

M: Accam, Lodiero, Kljestan, Felipe, Pontius

F: Gio, BWP

Still not sure who to give the C to. More times than not Gio is a lock, but going up against Montreal while BWP is at home to New England is giving me pause.

If you're chasing someone ahead of you in the standings and have a lot of points to make up, go for BWP. If you're in the lead, go for Gio.

I ended up giving it to Gio.

Starting out at -8 left me a tad nervous and when I checked both my opponents rosters, they both have Giovinco. Going on the assumption both are going to captain him, I gave the C to Gio too for no other reason then to cancel him out.

If I didn't butcher my roster and have to eat points this round, I think I would have rolled the dice and given it to BWP.

Turning Gio into a wash and the potential for BWP to bang home a couple against the Revs should help me out.

I have Mullins as my first sub in. Neeeeeeed someone to not play for that auto-sub.

Boy, this Chicken Finndaloo team is really coming on strong. Would hate to see them in the Cup...
