The game is 13 days away and yet still no information about tickets (for city members or the general public). Yikes.
Ticketmaster still doesn't have tickets available. I've been trying to purchase this one for weeks now.
That is strange. I guess they haven't updated ticketmaster to remove all covid restrictions and such.
They can't expect people to want to go to games if they aren't making tickets available ASAP! This should have been taken care of as soon as YS went full capacity.
Two questions.
1 - When will I be able to buy membership tickets?
2 - We are back to full capacity, but do people have to show vaccination or a negative test? Do we need to wear masks?
For Yankees Games, there is no longer a testing/vaccination requirement, but the unvaccinated need to wear masks. No word whether NYCFC is doing the same.

I know that at RBA there was no mask requirement... no idea how this carries over to YS though.
the club is slow on updating their covid protocol. I would imagine they will have similar/same protocol as the yankees as there is no reason to make it different or difficult for stadium staff to enforce.
and what do you mean by membership tickets?
yea - i think the people in charge of the ticketing are pretty swamped. not much is updated other than for the next game at RBA. i imagine we'll see updates by wednesday. at worst, i'm sure your rep would be happy to get you that extra seat if you contacted them.
I have two tickets and am bringing six. I want to trade in some other tickets to buy for this game in my section. I can't do either through my account manager at the moment. Game is less than a week away.
yea. i understand now. if you can't wait for the email, i would say call your rep and get it added that way. club is definitely dropping the ball on keeping things updated.
i need to trade in some tickets too. but im not too concerned just yet.
I contacted my rep who said she would check for tickets, but it's been radio silence since then.
I also just emailed my rep McKenna about the ticket trade-in/exchange. I'll see if she has any updates or if I hear back from her.
She's the same one I emailed on Saturday about the same items and I haven't heard anything.
I emailed my rep who told me he was in a "leadership" position among the reps, so we'll see what he says. i'm not holding my breath.

So his response was they are working on an email that is planned to go out TODAY.
