Looks like Talles will not play vs LAFC according to Crooks. He's still "injured" or simply just not fit enough to play.

also - for some reason the tweets about Talles and the inside training video with Talles on youtube have been removed. Weird?

i think its fitness although he was listed as injured ( i think i saw it in transfermarkt) since March at vasco.

im concerned of other people still out, morales, tinnerholm, callens.

morales, tinny, and callens all trained with the team this week. whether or not they are ready to play is a different story.. but at least they are not still too injured to even train.

that's the thing about muscle injuries. they are incredibly unpredictable and even if you think everything is good, one bad movement and you can reinjure it or make it worse. i'm ok with them taking an extra bit of time to fully recover. we will have international break soon so no point in risking additional injury for one game. our backups seem to be doing a pretty good job and hopefully thiago can play and give us a little spark on offense.

i dont think thiago plays though. he may have one training session at most. i dont think ronny will put him in even if we are losing.

Also, in the Athletic article Lee says something vague about Magno "some injuries" during the last 6-8 months. Doesn't mean you're wrong about it being fitness now, but it backs up what you saw in Transfermarkt

if we are losing - why not? let the kid have a run for 10 minutes at the end.

Maybe the Visa is not as solidly in hand as we thought?

i fear you may be correct. that'd be a big OOPS by the club...

also just realized this game will be on twitter stream. lame.

because he's probably "not used to the speed of the league yet" and " hes not fit yet"

all the more reason to let him have 10 minutes to run around and get a feel for the league and a bit of fitness.

I don’t know what this is a sign of, but Carlos Vela was having drinks at the rooftop of the hotel where I’m staying. Saw him there. Said hello to him.

Hey, we're traditional Eastern conference leaders! Not bad for a 7-year-old club!
