Yeah, I was saying end of last year/beginning of this year that they were gonna be tougher than what we saw in the playoffs - they were gassed after making their late season run - and yet everybody wrote them off. I think Midas Mulligan (before me) was one of the few others that first acknowledged the job Curtain has done and that they have some good young players from the YNT.

And then I look at our club.....

So Houston is now a league-best 2.38 PPG, partly due to playing 6 of 8 at home, and 1 of the 2 Away was at Colorado. Does anyone know why their schedule is like this? Are they trying to avoid summer heat and humidity in Houston? Because I don't remember them doing that previously.

MLS and FS1 scheduling the only Sunday night game this week against (what should be) two heavyweights, to start right as the 4th episode of the last season of GoT begins.
I was also pissed at this. Any other time I would've had the game on to watch or glance at, but they chose 9PM on a Sunday?

Yeah, crazy for Houston.

Tommy McNamara has played every game and made one start for the team that is leading the league in PPG.

Of course, they've only played 2 games on the road (and only 8 games total) - and only 3 games against playoff level teams: at LAG (L), vs. MON (w), vs. DAL (w).

So, an impressive start regardless - but against a weak schedule and mostly at home.
