MLS Week 3 - 2019

Invalid comparison. DC is extremely great at Home and even more terrible Away. They have won exactly one Away Game since July 2017, and that was against an epically bad San Jose last year. They are 0-2-4 Away since Rooney showed up, with 2 of the draws coming at Yankee Stadium. The other 2 points they got came against non-playoff teams. Failing twice to get wins against them at YS, and being responsible for half of their Away points since last July, is a black mark, regardless of how they dominate at home.
hmmm, good point.

Well I guess I'd rather have tied DC and LAFC at home than FCC and Team Doop.

Excuse me, that is tying against “winning the East” DC and “gonna score 70 goals and win the west” LAFC versus non-playoff FCC and Philly. But yet Atlanta is fine...

Are we supposed to be happy to be a point ahead of Atlanta or is Atlanta supposed to be pissed they're a point behind us?
So who was more important to Atlanta, Almiron or Tata?

Actually - I have soemthing else to say:
If you watch the ATL game highlights, they make a point to show Martinez's bicycle kick that almost took the head off of the Philadelphia defender. Oh, and no foul was called. How is that any different from a) what Villa did last year where they called the foul? b) what mitrita did last game where a foul was called?

Martinez rarely gets called, and he’s the reigning scoring leader so he’s MLS protected.... not really but really.
