Alright, I was willing to overlook the conversation for a while as it veered radically off course but it's clear that this thread isn't righting itself. This thread isn't here to discuss selling jerseys, and it's not here to discuss how often certain members post about certain things.
F freshfog I believe this has been said to you before, albeit some time back, but if it hasn't then please let me be clear here: I personally have nothing against you being here and if you want to just talk about jerseys then fine, but this forum isn't here to be an advertisement for external companies. If you want to rustle up extra business for your website you will need to find other avenues to do so away from this board. I get that people were asking you about it, but all the same - if you want to discuss this with someone, please take it somewhere private, or somewhere off the forum.

It had been going on a couple of days, not just from this morning. The thread essentially rapidly went off on a tangent into a discussion about F freshfog's online football shirt store. I don't mind threads going a bit off-topic (although I am probably the more lenient of the staff) but it has always been our policy that we don't want the forum being used to sell products for other companies. Nothing against F freshfog, just forum policy.

We're happy for you to start as many threads as you want on the topic of jerseys in general (well, within reason...) but I'm afraid that no, we wouldn't be willing to let you use one to advertise your company. The forums are not affiliated to any companies and we would rather not take any steps - even little ones - in that direction.
