As I haven't decided whether to watch tonight I thought I would post a poll to see how other people are thinking about tonight's tournament kickoff game. The poll will remain open through tomorrow in case you have a last minute change of heart and need to revise your vote after the fact.
 
I picked yes, bc I just wanna watch mls lol. As much as it's not as good as European soccer, and it's not a 'marquee matchup' so to speak, it's still mls and mls games are generally fun to watch.

I'm stuck between options 2 and 3. In normal times, I rarely watch matches not involving my team except for condensed or dvr'd versions that I can skim through. So normally, this match would not be compelling to me and I wouldn't make it a point to watch. However, I voted yes because I'm intrigued to see some things such as, player form, new broadcast features, how watchable is this seeing as it's played outside of a real stadium and will have no crowd noise added. (Say what you will, I've found BL and Serie A matches unwatchable without the noise and PL matches better with it, but I'm sure I'm in minority on this)

Maybe I should have had just 2 choices then: Yes, because my entire life led to this, and No, for the same reason.

I voted the second option because I think that's closest to where I am on it, though not completely.

I don't think the tournament should be happening, but that isn't going to prevent me from watching the games. Would love to see it go on without any hiccups, limited positive tests, etc., but I am quite skeptical, especially with the environment down there, the positive tests incoming, etc.

That aside, I'm most likely not going to be watching because Orlando-Miami isn't a super exciting matchup, and my gf will likely want to watch something else. Its just not worth it for me to hold my ground on watching this particular game when its Orlando vs Miami.

ETA: I probably would have it on if it was completely up to me.

6. This is the first ever meeting between the two sides, with players mostly not from florida, coaches not from florida, and no floridian fans watching live. What more compelling way for a rivalry to flourish? This is what's called potential in my books!

oh and I definitely didn't tune out at like ~20 minutes or so...

GF, who’s usually a good sport, had me turn it off at 20th minute.Rooting for a draw, since this is now our group w Philly.
