Purchasing Secondary Market Tickets For NYCFC

They had the Vancouver game available for printing about 13 days before the game, I've managed to sell whatever I've needed to on stubhub so far, just check back frequently on your account manager. I'm not looking forward to next year if the print at home is not going to be available and ticketmaster is the only option.

I'm with you...

Point is 1. Ticketmaster sucks big time... 2. They are pulling out every trick to destroy the free market by making it complicated to sell/give etc.

Did anyone buy single game tickets on ticketmaster via print at home? I can't print my tickets now because of the stupid policy NYCFC put in...

I've been having my tickets left at the Will Call window at Gate 4.

We get to the stadium a little less than an hour before the match starts and the transactions have been a breeze. Literally takes minutes. You're in and out.

I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think the Will Call option shows up on Ticketmaster until there's less than a week before the game.

Just got a call from the club, essentially asking if I was going to the red bulls game, and did I know how to post on ticketmaster if I wasn't. She was very nice even checked the prices for my section, to let me know what tickets are going for. As I said she was very nice, just thought it was a bit funny, they were trying to pump up the resale market.

The entire 1st and 2nd tiers (except for the Delta Club and one Legends section) is "sold out" for the Red Bull match. There's a lot of reselling tickets though.

I got a call too. I really don't mind it, because everyone I've ever talked to has always been very nice, but I wish they'd get themselves a little more organized.

I talked to a guy a week or so ago about all sorts of team related stuff and chatted with another gentleman when I got a call yesterday. When the phone rang this morning, I let it go to voice mail after checking the Caller ID. C'mon man :D

Just an update: I'm able to Print-At-Home my Orlando seats right now. Thanks for the info guys - I already left my seats empty for one game this season I'm not trying to let that happen again.

Got my tickets for Saturday off of stubhub and it says they are available for digital download...will this get me into the stadium?

Thank You! So Yankee Stadium is just completely done with printable tickets?

No, they still accept them. Unless there has been a major change all stubhub tickets are .pdfs. You will *have to* print them out, simply showing the pdf ticket on your phone is not sufficient.

FWIW, the Jets just changed their policy for Ticketmaster Exchange sales -- they are now allowing you to go below face. The fee structure is much better, making it a much better choice than Stubhub. Hopefully NYCFC follows suit.

Even if they do I think more people use Stubhub than TM.

Sooo.... I bought 2 more tickets for the Orlando game. There were limited tickets available through the portal on the site, but i got a couple of resale tickets by logging in to general Ticketmaster.

Now they seem to be showing up in my City account - they were listed as e tickets (show your phone, but no word on how to see the actual tickets) but they also seem to have a "print at home" option.

So... what do I do with these? (sorry for being such a n00b)

if you have the print option available, you can use that and simply print them. It wasn't available for the extra tix I bought for #RedBullWedding. so I used mobile option. Log into Account Manager on your phone and you can access them there and even save them to Passbook on your phone

Nice one, thanks man - looks like print at home is going to be the way to go. My wife is going to her second NYCFC game this season, hoping for a much better result!

One good thing for all of us is that it appears as though Ticketmaster has abandoned that new version they released a few weeks ago, which was a disaster. It was only being used on Chrome browsers, so i'm pretty sure it was only a trial. Hopefully they realized how shitty it was and will not be introducing it at some point in the future.
