It's taken them 45 minutes to get through speeches before they've even started getting to any specifics.

the 7,500-seat modular stadium will be designed in partnership with Populous, a leading global architecture firm that has created some of the world’s best sporting facilities. Special attention has been made to ensure the stadium adheres to the highest standards and best practices of a post-COVID era, with frictionless commerce along with other health, safety, and sanitation protocols. The pitch will be a turf playing surface, which will allow the venue to be a year-round asset for sports, entertainment and community events.

The people comparing this to NYCFC are just being clickbaity, and I've seen a few of them. This has nothing to do with NYCFC. It's a 7,500 seat stadium on a college campus. We are trying to build a 25-30,000 seat stadium. It's just nowhere near the same scale.

Had we wanted a 7,500 modular stadium, we could have had it years ago. But obviously we are going larger, as we should be.
