As someone who grew up in the original 90210 era and does enjoy Riverdale (without apologies )I'm taking this oddly hard. Just shocking he was only 52 and looked to be in good shape. You never really can know but by all reported accounts seemed like a good guy, very sad.

I've started watching Riverdale with my teen daughter and it is pretty awful and awesome at the same time.
RIP FRED ANDREWS -- The only decent parent in Riverdale.
