I was just asking because you said you said "I voted for safe standing but I did so because I think it would discourage less involved supporters from choosing seats there."
1 million percent this would get rid of the 'StubHub' crowd that finds its way into the bleachers.

Late information update:
Yesterday I was able to get 3 of the 9 Game Plan tickets in 238 but had to call the front office. Not available online.
Hmm Didn't realize that they were selling anything other than season tickets in the supporters section.
Yep. They push you on getting a full package (understandable), and they want to make sure you know what you're signing up for (bleachers, yelling, people standing) but you get to pick the 9 games you want at a decent price.

Safe standing works, the Germans have proved this. The difference it make to the atmosphere at the match is amazing. I've experienced The Südtribüne at Dortmund, 25k people stood on it, a sight to behold. I have stood on it myself......
but it was empty at the time.
I have also experienced it at Borussia Mönchengladbach and stood in amongst it at Bochum.
The Germans have shown there is no problems with safe standing.
If any of you every get a chance to experience German football especially Dortmund, do it.

I was able to get individual tickets to 4 games in 238. My kids and i didnt get the atmosphere we were looking for in 126 and 226 last year.
