Season Ticket Holders: Anyone Been Asked About Renewals For Next Year?

There should have been an option to request a relocation on the initial Enroll Now email. If you filled that out, someone will contact you sometime in November about it. When depends on where you are in line for relocation. People who bought their inaugural season tickets first have first priority regardless of when you renewed.
is it a form, or a link? can you send it to me?

It's on the same page as your enrollment link. Just scroll down. There's a link for Relocation Request on the left and Add-On Request on the right. The pages are personalized so we can't just trade the links.

thanks, i contacted a new rep and told him i unilaterally fired the other guy. He sent me my link.

Silly question, did anybody received Points for the last Home Game attendance, goal, etc? I'm checking my City Point Activity and don't see anything.

disappointed to hear they're going to do this in December instead. I had added on seats at the end of the season and I really wanted to push them all together. Obsessed about it quite a bit when the renewal talk started, filled out my little form when I finally got it. Thing is Thanksgiving-New Year's is going to be a CRAZY time for me so I'm not really looking forward to trying to work out seat swap locations during that time frame.

17 home games. Those 5 TBD are a bit odd. Since teams don't handle tickets for the MLS cup, we would have a maximum of 3 playoff matches at home: knockout, eastern semis, eastern finals. Wonder what those other two could be? NY City v. Man City friendly?View attachment 3546
What's more interesting is that my page doesn't seem to list any of my (3) seats' section/row. It just shows the same generic calendar that you posted. Betting the staff is finding that the relocation process is a bit more difficult & complex than anticipated.

i kind of panicked a little when I saw this on mine. Signed into Cityzens and all my seats are listed there.
Thank God for Cityzens?

Yes, I got my e-mail as well. Dec 3 at 9:50. When I went on virtual venue, I saw they are already selling seats that are better located than mine to new season ticket holders. I hope I can get something at least that good when I renew.

I don't think those are actually for sale, I think it's more that that's what they'd cost. If you click it you can see what the view from those seats would be, and most are a row that's maybe 1/3 of the way up from the front. If you click the Buy button most sections are not available.
What link are you using to see available seats?
Virtual Venue is at http://nycfc.io-media.com/web/index.html. Your link is where you end up when you click the Buy button on Virtual Venue (and you can probably get there other ways as well).

I went into my season ticket account manager and clicked on the link to buy new season tickets. Mind you, my seats aren't that great since I joined mid-season, but I would be sad if I couldn't upgrade to something better than what a brand new ticket holder could buy today.

Anyone else nervous that your current seats are going to mistakenly be made available in the interim?

I doubt it means anything, but I find it interesting they're giving views from the 300 & 400 levels. I don't think they did that last year.

I think there is going to have to be a little bit of sliding (not giving away). I'm currently trying to add 1 seat, and my guess is that if there isn't a seat directly next to mine, but there is one down the row at the end or somewhere in-between, then they may (I'm only guessing) shift the ticket holders between me and the seat in order to make it work. It wouldn't bother me if I shifted a seat or two max to make the row fill out correctly.

I'll just be really pissed if there isn't any way to get my extra seat blocked with my originals considering I was told the end of last season when I bought it (somewhere across the stadium) not to worry about the process, and I've been paying installments already.

Yeah, I was going to add two seats next to my current two seats but wasn't pleased with the process for doing that, namely, buy two seats somewhere else, pay for them, and hope and pray two seats next to mine open up.
