it is ethnic in origin certainly but otherwise I agree with mgarbowski. Duomo Made far far too much of it and it’s nowhere near as offensive as other slurs.

So you don’t hire a new guy to sell luxury boxes you don’t have and new commercial opportunities unless you have a stadium with luxury boxes and commercial opportunities. Right?
We’re 3-4 years out *at best* for a stadium. Are companies really going to be buying luxury boxes this far out? Wouldn’t most boxes get sold the year before the stadium opens - why sign a lease so far out???
Unless luxury boxes owners at Yankees Stadium are asking to get out of paying for the NYCFC so NYCFC now has to sell those boxes for their home games
Absolutely. Charlotte was just announced and they have a bunch of their luxury boxes taken -- granted, that could be for the temp field -- but I'm guessing they'll want to fill up long before the stadium is built.
I don’t believe Yankee luxury boxes include NYCFC games.
Yankee Stadium luxury boxes are sold on an individual team basis, unlike Madison Square Garden where boxes are sold for the entire year including all events (though can be shared or split).
