Literally the only piece of good news from these primaries. Some really garbage politicians rolling to easy victories. That's machine politics for ya.

We're going to get a stadium in the City of New York and when we do, I'm going to love the tears from these fuckers in the MLSsoccer.com comments. We're going to be the best and most valuable team in MLS.
It really would be amazing if we could somehow figure out how to do it on Pier 40 or the Fresh Direct site in LIC. Sounds like those aren't going to happen, but it really would be a massive middle finger to the rest of the league, and especially the big energy drink commercial across the river.

Oh, I'd love that as well. But the sights around those other two locations would blow the rest of the league out of the water. (want to clarify that I personally would be perfectly happy with any stadium within city limits that has good public (subway) transportation access)
