That’s a bit of an exaggeration.

Dutchess County is far. I know. I grew up there. Its closest point (Beacon) is 58 miles from YS.

Bridgeview is 15 miles from Grant Park.

YS is roughly 8 miles from Grand Central.

It WOULD however, be akin to putting a team in a place like, say, Harrison NJ.
The problem in Chicago is lack of public transit to go to games.

The stadium, while it may not seem far from Grant Park, isn’t really in an area people commute from. Almost everyone I’ve ever worked with in a Chicago lives in the Northern Suburbs. Some to the west, but all of the infrastructure is from the North

I didnt say it didn't suck. I said Dutchess County was an exaggeration. Which Google maps confirms at any time of day. Of course there is nothing worse than getting to Revolution games. No transit. Constant traffic. I used to ditch my car at my in-laws’ and ride my bike ten miles to the matches most of the time.

I love how you quoted a thing about Minnesota and then completely forgot to include them. LMAO

They control the land and have permission, right?

So they did 5 out of 5 to agree to the rental agreement. There is one confirmed, definitive no on the City Council right now that is retiring and Miami Beckham United can get a yes man on the board after the November elections.
