Does anyone recall where to find the post setting forth the potential conflicts should the Yankees host the World Series?!?

Conflicts all the way from decision day. Luckily Mets are awful this season. I expect all home matches from decision day forward to be played at Citi this season.

The real leap will only come with a new stadium, however. According to sources, the club is working on finding a soccer-specific home of their own in Boston proper. Two separate sources have gone as far as to say that the club is on the brink of securing a stadium site. One of those sources added that the architectural plans are near completion, and that the Revs would be ready to break ground on a stadium shortly after receiving approval, should it come.
But the club has been down this road before. Too many times to count, really. Plans have been leaked, sites have been teased, hopes have been raised. They’ve all been dashed. Maybe this time will be different. Perhaps the Revs will soon build the first open-air pro sports stadium in the city of Boston since Fenway Park was constructed in 1912. The club would certainly get a huge marketing boost if they do, and the Krafts, per those two sources, would start to spend significantly on their roster if they build a stadium.

I just don’t understand in what world a 700,000 sq ft office development is more appealing to a neighborhood than a soccer stadium in terms of overcrowding and noise. They’re getting the development they deserve.

I agree. When those private equity bros in their sperrys work late, it can get dangerous.
65% of it would be reclaimed park land and it would theoretically bring jobs and services to the neighborhood. I get it

Can you generally categorize your source without any specifics?
May be true but a bit apprehensive to believe this as a first ever comment from a newbie. Not saying youre lying but i aint ready to believe it either
It's very easy for some troll to come along and try to rile us all up with some details.
It's also very easy for someone who actually has the deets, knows how badly we want to know the latest, to come along and hook us up with what he knows.
It could be either, hopefully the latter!
If it truly is at the stage he claims, there could potentially be dozens or hundreds of low and midlevel people with numerous parties who have this info, so not surprising to see a leak.
I would be very curious to hear the shortlist of firms on the RFP. PM me if you’re willing to divulge.
If there are engineering firms bidding, does that mean stadium design plans are already complete? I know nothing about construction.

These two posts seem to conflict each other.
Could be working on the bid to represent the company(s)? IE proposal date could be mid June, so they have until June 13th to throw together a proposal for labor, equipment, engineering hours, etc. I don't have any experience in proposals for actual buildings, just in MTA and LIRR type contracts.
2024 seems right. (That means 3.5 seasons left at Yankee Stadium).
