Tickets for the next 24th August derby

If I buy the ticket on Stubhub, it is sure?
And with the only barcode on the smartphone without internet connession it is possible to entry directly into Yankee stadium?

When you buy on stubhub, the person you will buy from gets a notification that you want to buy the ticket. They will hit approve" and you will give an email telling you to claim your tickets. Once you claim them, you'll get the barcode and it's now your ticket. Just screenshot the barcode, that's good enough :)

It should allow you to download the ticket into your phone via Google Pay or Apple Wallet, which would allow you to access without internet connection.

On the Yankee site:
Yankee Stadium has four gate locations for entry and exit:
  • Gate 2, adjacent to left field: Enter via Jerome Avenue and East 164th Street
  • Gate 4, behind home plate: Enter via East 161st Street and Macombs Dam Bridge
  • Gate 6, adjacent to right field: Enter via East 161st Street and River Avenue
  • Gate 8, adjacent to center field: Enter via River Avenue and East 164th Street

As mgarbowski said, it doesn't matter. just pick the gate with the least amount of people and head inside. they only tell you about the gates because they want to spread out the crowd a bit. I usually go for gate 8 cause there's usually very few people there. then walk to my seat in 213 via the escalators by gate 6.

excited for you to go to the game Fabio! it's gonna be a great time. Derby games have amazing atmosphere.

Excuse me, but after the control of my barcode at the gate, is there another wait in line to go in my section (234)?

I also noticed on the Yankees site that from my section isn't possible to see the whole Supporters Section, but only half of it. Is it possible to go for a minute (when there will be the choreography) near the handrail (handrail of my section, of course) that divides my section from the Supporters Section to take photos and a video? From this video (
) on youtube it seems absolutely possible.

Thank for the possible help.

You're allowed to walk wherever you want on any concourse!! :) You just can't entermost sections without a ticket. Concourses are fine wherever
in fact, me and my friends usually buy the cheap $15 tickets and then go stand by one of the bars much closer to the field. We do it every single game.
Also some of the sections don't usually have people watching the gate so you can just walk in lol

Fabio - after you scan your ticket at the gate and go through security, there are no more actual lines (unless you want food). If you get there early enough, lines are pretty slim to none in my experience.

As Shwafta said, once you're in there, you can stand around in the concourse to get a good angle of the supporter's section for their TIFO and then go back to your seat for the game. Let's hope they come up with something clever this derby. I wasn't too impressed with last year's ...
