Updating the below.

Pulisic - 22 - Starter at Chelsea
McKennie - 22 - Potential Starter at Juventus
Adams - 21- Starter at Leipzig
Richards - 20 - First team Starter at Bayern
de la Fuente - 19 - Preseason appearances at Barcelona
Dest - 19- Being pursued by both Bayern and First team at Barcelona
Reyna - 17 - Starter at Dortmund

And all this time, I thought Bayern would get Dest, and he'd be the first American to appear for Bayern since Donovan.

Amazing what we are looking at right now.

This is the only time ever I'll say this:
I'm very very happy that Johnson wasn't called up for the USA friendlies. No reason to risk him and then not have him for the playoffs.

You know, Gregg, you're starting to grow on me. Keep it up. Some promising names as well in that roster.

it only took a worldwide Pandemic to actually field a team of his promising youngsters and play them together. Greg can take a long walk off a short cliff and the USMNT will be better off for it.

Really excited to see all that youth compete for spots and grow together into something special.
Seeing Gio in those situations makes the sting of him leaving for free even worse.

our play has been sloppy and out of sync. not unexpected.

can i just say antonee robinson is overrated? i don't think he's good at all. his positioning is poor and maybe he has the pace to make up for that, but he's just not that good, imho

To be fair, the conditions out there on the pitch are dreadful.

The USMNT seemed to have much better individual players than Wales but overall didn't get much out of it, which is normal for guys who have never played together. Robinson and Miazga seemed a notch below in quality compared to their teammates. Dest had a very Brazilian flair, very unlike what we usually see in the USMNT. As to the surprise names Johnny Cardoso looked pretty good, and Musah looked amazing but he has 3 other suitors so let's not get our hopes up.

Chemistry was lacking. No number 9.

Wonder if Berhalter will loosen the reigns on these kids.

Style of play look rigid and self conscious. Appreciate that the team can actually hold possession and build out of the back but the best flashes tonight were due to athletic ability. Not a 50 pass tear down of a defense.

Let the boys run. Let them be creative. Don’t be so precious about it.

Did anyone try to watch today's game against Panama on Fox streaming? I wanted to multitask while working but could not get the game to play. I had to put it on the TV in the next room which makes me much less efficient at both. On Chrome, Fox would let me watch almost anything but this game. Every time I clicked on it, it just switched to the Colin Cowhead show. On Safari and Firefox, none of the shows or games would load.

ETA: That was a fun USMNT game, for a refreshing change.
