White Supremacists In Supporter Section

Unfortunately, I'm sure that every team has issues like this, has fans like this. But in a supporters' culture like soccer the team gets blamed because these assholes get special privileges. And that's why the team is getting -- and should get -- some stink. If you know you have fans like this, you shouldn't be giving them special privileges. They're called privileges for a reason -- they can, and should, be taken away.

If these guys want to sit in the general public areas of Yankee Stadium, there's nothing the team can do about it. When you give them special privileges in the supporters section, that's a problem.

I think the first reply was in regard to the tweet by Shaun. I just saw it today for the first time and it was posted a week ago. That’s why R roxfontaine likely replied with ‘I had no clue’ as in he didn’t know about the tweet either.

This is it. I caught wind of this several days ago and found myself asking, "what does this really have to do with NYCFC?" Ok, so these guys are bigoted racists who happen to be NYCFC fans, so why are we calling out NYCFC? Do we also call out the other teams they support?

But the below, in my mind, is the most troubling, if true (I have no reason to doubt you):
Ban NYCSC by tomorrow.

If NYCSC and the club are cutting corners to allow some of these guys to attend away matches, and appear to know about their behavior, and are attempting to cover it up by not following the rules, then this is completely fucked up.

ETA: My quote of Fake Jew Fake Jew didn't really show what I was pointing out. It was the screenshot that he posted that shows only the first name of this guy being included in the away supporter's section, when a first and last name is required for everyone else.

How have people known about this for years?

This is something certain Red Bull fans have been throwing at us as criticism for years, but I've never seen the amount of proof and names that have come out in the last couple weeks.
I'm deeply troubled by these people wherever they are, but I get that the club can't scan every person's beliefs when they purchase a ticket on a primary or secondary basis. But if they've had credible identification of who they are and things they're doing in the stands or criminal activity outside the stands, they have to go. They can ban them, they can have security aware of who they are and what they look like and deny them entry. The club wants to own the good will for it's efforts to be inclusive, it needs to speak strongly on this as well.

proof was there, there were pictures floating around ( there was even a thread on these boards- denouncing them, but was locked/deleted) but last i saw was 2016 and i thought they was gone but i guess they lay low till now.

theres a lot of misinformation for sure going on in here. A few things ill point out thats blatent.

1.theneckofthrogs is most certainly not one of the main leaders of NYCSC as he has his own supporters group hes president of

2. The white power symbol is not a white power symbol at all. at least not for NYCFC fans. do yourself a favor and look at david villas social media. Its something he does all the time and the fans replicate it.

Not saying you're wrong, but those aren't necessarily mutually exclusive items.

I tried checking who the leaders of NYCSC are but they don't include that information on their website for some reason.

https://www.adl.org/blog/how-the-ok-symbol-became-a-popular-trolling-gesture

I understand why people are disgusted and trying to get their heads around this, but the misinformation is counterproductive and makes it easier for people to discredit even that which is true.

It is important to consider that. And this guy could definitely be mimicking what David does. Or he could be trolling.

But the skeptic in me sees him standing next to a Proud Boy giving what many of the alt-right use as a white power symbol.

Funny part to me is how theyre calling them violent white supremacists but the only alleged NYCFC supporter involved is Hispanic.

Not giving an opinion on the actual topic just thought that was amusing.
Yeah I've been scratching my head about this as well. My best guess is that people use "white supremacy" as a synonym for a number of ideologies associated with the alt right. It's sloppy, and is exactly the kinda thing that opens up well-meaning people to all kinds of ridicule.
