2025 Season Ticket Thread

Hey forums, any season ticket holder having trouble finding their available credits on their account in the ticketmaster portal? I can't seem to find where it indicates my credits from resale tickets on ticketmaster.
 
Just realized my rep never mailed my member gift.. Hope they still have some left. Anybody have any clue what the renewal prices for next season are? I'm thinking of dropping a seat.

FWIW last chance to pick up at match is April 12.

Aren’t we only eligible for seat selection equal to the number of seats we hold? I was actually considering. Adding a seat so I’d be assured of having a pair in 2027.

Thoughts anyone?

They might rank accounts like that by the date of the newest seat added. I would ask a rep for clarification.
 
Anyone else find the process for exchanging tickets rather kludgy?

Returning tickets is easy, and the credit shows up quickly. Listing for sale is reasonably simple.

Exchanging my ticket for a game and buying eg, two for the same game, is a crapshoot. I did it twice yesterday. The first one worked fine. The second one was a few hours later as I needed my wife to confirm she could go to that game. I tried on a desktop browser, and when my credit should have appeared to apply to payment it did not happen. I refreshed. I started over. No joy. I switched to the phone app. The credit appeared, but (1) the seats I wanted were not available even though I abandoned the other attempt and they were supposedly cleared, and (2) I somehow timed out with more than 3 minutes on the timer. So I tried again and the seats showed up but this time I was forcibly signed out for no apparent reason and had to start over again.
So I went back to desktop and again my credit did not appear but this time it did show up after I forced a page refresh.

It's done and I even got my first choice seats and managed to use up all my credits while being out of pocket just an additional $4 for the exchanges which is pretty ideal. But the second transaction took maybe 35 minutes and should have taken 5-10 at most. I have found this to be the case for a few years, and had similar issues when I had a flex-package of 10 tickets instead of being STH. Sometimes my voucher just would not show but then would 8-10 minutes later.
