Anyone From Ct Take The Train To The Game?

I came down on the Harlem line and switched to a Hudson line Metro Morth train at 125th. Easy as pie. Maybe a 5 minute wait, and if you have a ticket to GCS, it covers the fare.

The issue with taking Metro North is getting back. There is a train that leaves for Harlem around 25 minutes after the game ends, which is a little tight. If you miss that, you have to wait another 20 minutes.

I took Metro North from New Haven switched in Harlem. Not too long a wait. Not really in a hurry coming back and far less people than the line for the subway . Probably do the same only might go out of Milford instead of New Haven to save on parking next time.

Good to know... I may head out to the Phila. Union game on a Thurs night in mid April... I work in Orange so Milford will be a good place to catch the train for that..

Thanks for the info.

If your already in Orange Milford is probably your best bet anyway but I can't comment on week day parking. Weekends Milford train station parking is free.

I came in from Milford the night before but stayed in Manhattan, took the 4 from Grand Central to the game. On the way back, nice and easy switch at 125th and straight out to Milford. Very easy and free parking on the weekends is excellent!
