Agree that we have some very smart, well-versed folks on here who certainly are in a position to offer sound advice regarding personnel decisions. Rumor has it, PV has begun frequenting this forum often recently under a mysterious moniker, including this very thread. So be nice!

I actually have a standing Tuesday 8:45am coffee meeting with PV before we each head in to our offices. He bounces player ideas off of me and I recommend pastries to go with his coffee. He's recently been fixated on Double-latte Pumpkin Spice blends since they don't get those in Manchester.
