Fan Appreciation Night?

If it's anything like star wars night, not much.
i didnt go i actually had class that day, i saw a few pics of some guys in stormtrooper and darth vader costumes but that was it.
Where was this? I was at the game and besides a handful of people in the R2D2 shirts, I didnt see anything at all that had to do with Star Wars.
i dont know where exactly in the stadium, i saw this in that NYCFC on social media article they bring out after every game. i think there were a couple of instagram pics there
I don't think there will be anything food related. Maybe some merchandise deals on clearance items. A fan is going to sing the national anthem, though the Third Rail is pushing for the supporters as a whole to sing it (I'd like to see the entire stadium sing it). There will probably be a video before the game of the players thanking the fans for their support this season. (That may be the last Soccer in the City video: The Fans).
I could also see them having players sign more balls and kicking/throwing them into the stands.

$1 hot dogs would be great. And I'd love for the stadium to sing the national anthem. Get the Yankee's organist to play!
There was hardly anything. Besides what you saw, and the shirts that you either had to buy with points or buy special tickets for that game with a code, there was some limited, random Star Wars trivia on the scoreboard a few times.
The costume characters were only there before the game started, in the "fan zone" area down by gate 2 (I think it's gate 2?). We went there at halftime and they said it was only pre-game... then tried to get us to paint our faces and were "impressed" and said we were "diehards" when we said no because halftime was almost over...
They will probably have lots of benefits for people who buy tickets now for inflated prices, so it won't apply to season ticket holders. Oops, I mean Founding Members.

I don't care about any give aways, they are playing great now and if the last game can be meaningful that will be enough for me. About a month ago I thought we were done, but I can actually see a path to the playoffs, through DC. Fingers crossed.

Poku finally gave me his jersey versus San Jose after he promised during the 5-3 win versus Orlando. I'm hoping Mix will give me his jersey after this game. I've been cheering him on (and hoping for a hat trick) all season.
Poku knows me. Mix knows me. TMac knows me. Mullins knows me. I'm the most recognized fan by the team. Except Kreis, he won't look at me. Also Frank hasn't been too kind. Pirlo looks over though.
