This one hits hard for me because he was so young and his era so coincides with when I was first getting into football. He seemed like a class act and his era is the last and only time I liked Chelsea. They were like an exciting flair filled foreign all star team at at a time when most of the EPL was still overwhelmingly British/Irish. Winning cups and taking Chelsea up the table with panache without ever really threatening to win the league and he led the charge. R.I.P.
