If Freese plays regularly he has a chance of going to 26 WC. If he goes to a club and isnt the starter he has no chance of making the WC. We have Freese for at least another year.

they're all playing regularly at this point. now it will come down to who performs well and offers the skillset that poch deems vital to how he wants to play.
I think freese is a solid shot stopper but he has two clear weaknesses that he needs to improve over the next 6 months to solidify his chances to get on the bench and maybe even become the #1.
- he needs to improve his feet and distribution. he's still a bit shaky with the ball at his feet and his distribution needs a bit of work. if he can drop passes on a dime from 30-40 yards, that will greatly improve his chances to being the #1.
- (arguably even more important) he needs to improve his command of the box. there are times when he's a bit hesitant and not as strong as he needs to be. as a keeper, he's protected in many ways and he needs to take advantage of that. come out strong and claim the ball on corners and crosses. No keeper should lose a battle in the air.
