he was ok at best in tijuana. it can be a good hire for orlando, fc dallas didnt spend too much but had a good academy system in place. orlando does not have that so will have to spend.

Chicago, Miami, and NYCFC now the only teams still without a coach after RSL and Orlando both finalize their decisions.

it all feels iffy with gallardo, there were sources in argentina and i think some here too saying he had told them no already. or course its all rumors just as much as barcelona was in the hunt for him.
Doyle notes that Gallardo has publicly stated he is not leaving, but as we all know, that means nothing. He could intend to stay, but we can't infer that just because he says so.
ETA: The thing I find possibly believable about the rumor of him going to Miami is it explains why they haven't announced yet.

maybe he wants more money out of miami. as im sure hes not being paid cheaply at River, especially with all that success.

since this has been rumored for a while, id say so. he probably has two or three names set already. now that hes official he can sit down and negotiate with them, rather than start looking around to see who is available.
