Question: Does Kreis speak Spanish?

I'm not sure he is fully conversant but he has a mean Spanglish. He used to fly to South America and recruit for RSL. I can't imagine you snatch up players like Olave, Espindola or Javiar Morales with no command of the Spanish language.
