Pick the score, the goalscorers and their order, and the POTM (Pigeon of the Match). The contestant picking the correct result (win, lose, draw) and coming closest to the actual score wins a Mug of Ale from me should we ever meet and his/her name permanently enshrined in the Hall of Victory!

(2) closest to the actual score
(3) correctly naming the most goalscorers
(4) correct goalscoring order (by team)
* - a player cannot win by picking a win if the result is a loss (and vice versa)

Most won't, at least not in NY, and maybe even less likely among soccer fans.

Clues - an unpopular coach who fans wanted to be fired wins - quite recently - a big game that few thought possible for the team's first major success in a looong time.

My daughter is a senior and the entire family went to The Game. It was glorious.

Im late to the forum but another Michigan grad here who had given up hope. It was “death, taxes, Michigan loses to Ohio State.” glorious win Saturday.

time for another team who can’t win the big game to go out and do it.
