This video popped up on my Facebook feed and was probably one of my favorite half and hours. Worth noting we scored exactly 50 goals last season now have scored another 50 goals. I'm curious to see how many we will end up with this season. Enjoy!

Edit 49 goals last season and 51 this season

49 last season, so we're already doing better this season! Some great goals in there - aside from the selection of Tommy Screamers, my favourite is #73 for that run from Jack Harrison and the sublime first time finish from Villa. I was right behind that shot and had the perfect view, great team goal on the break.

Also, David Villa has scored, what, a third of these goals? That''s amazing.

That first game with Pirlo was pretty special. We blew out Orlando. Goals from Villa, Poku, Tmac and Mix.

On a related topic, did you guys see the video of goals to date against Chicago and the vote for the favorite? I liked Mix's volley off the cross, but TMac's curler (which won) was great too.

Those were both fantastic goals. But I think my actual favorite (even though it wasn't as pretty) was Khiry's from last year. We were down a man and that goal brought the game to a draw and was a spark that led us to some great performances after that if I recall correctly. That goal gave me some hope last year, even though that ended up being crushed later, haha.

Just like in poker, certain results always trump others.... A full volley out of the air is one of those, at least in respect to a shot off the ground that's tee'd up.

There are lots of great goals to remember, but what has been the most ironic or unexpected goal to date? I haven't gotten to watch the video yet, but, off the top of my head, it would be between the Grabavoy double against SJ when Grabavoy hate was peaking and the Kwame goal against Orlando off a corner kick at the end of the year.

Who else am I forgetting?

Calle's goal in the Orlando 5-3 game. The most not talked about guy on the team really scores a tap in goal.

I'm sorry, as Chairman of the NYCFC Forum DisCo, I'm overturning that decision.
