Have any of you been able to use your discount at the on-line store? If so, how does this work?

Ceate a store account using the same email address as your ticket account. If it works, a 10% discount should show up automatically under each item as long as you are signed into the store. If no discount appears, it isn't working for you.
This is the camp I'm in. My Cityzens and team store accounts have the same email address but no discount appears when I'm logged in.
Sounds like I'm gonna have to get...

Clear your browser history and cache. Rest easier. Then, call your rep and have them fix it.
Yeah, that first part won't help you with the discount at all, but it is just a good habit. And it will save you money on buying make up gifts for your SO, so MORE SWAG.
I contacted the club. They told me I should wait 7-10 Business Days after ordering my season tickets. I replied that it had been 12. They came back and said they had a new batch of names to enter, and mine was in it. Should be done this week.
