i think as long as he doesn't train with the team or with team coaches then he's just a tourist enjoying the facilities he is touring :)
yeah, similar situation like its not a bribe if the money drops on the floor and as you are picking it up to be helpful the owner steps outside to take a call then forgets to come back inside to collect it from you. Somehow the money gets deposited in your bank account, and you suddenly recall there's an important vote on the senate floor which will decide who gets a lucrative govt contract and you are the swing vote. You planned on going with the cheapest competent option but you're feeling lucky and decide to give it to the guy with no proof of concept and a company that formed only a month ago and has just three employees on the payroll, all family members. Cause you know, you've been lucky lately and want to ride a hot hand, and you wanna share that hot hand for the benefit of the people you serve.

These are common life situations, we've all been there.

Is it possible he already has his visa and the line in the press release was boilerplate/not accurate to this scenario?

I think if he had a visa there would be other players in the video working with him. Someone off camera is feeding him balls to hit and I expect it is someone from the media team because if they used training staff it would be a violation.

look at the spin on that ball delivered off camera, thats got all the tell tale signs of professional trainer. I decry a VIOLATION hath occurred.

He's gonna have to be alert and not keep the ball too long or else he's going to get hacked every game and be out often.
