Hmm. I have my old seats on my account and I just entered a sweepstakes. So my old points do work. I wish they would just transfer though...
I see there are a couple of seats left in the Delta section for 3/12. Any of you looking to stay warm need to jump on it.
By the way, I changed seats last year and this year, and both times, my points have come over just fine.
Of course, at this point, my account still shows my old seats, but I expect a few glitches at this stage.

I did the exact same thing. Then I purchased a scarf with points from the seat I no longer had. But for some reason I didn't get a confirmation email about it. Emailed Cityzens and they said that the points I used were from a seat in no longer had and were not eligible to be used to buy things. I had been using useless points on sweepstakes for months! So they show up and they "work" but you can't actually get anything with them.
This might explain why I cannot enter the sweepstakes with my points, as my points are still attached to my old seats.

Suddenly I feel smart for keeping my same seats this season. And also warmer this weekend as I just got one of the Delta seat upgrades with some redeemed points. Although they made up for that as I now feel dumb for saving enough points from last season to get an MLS Live package except that you can't combine points from all your seats so I don't have enough.
Can't win.
My Cityzens account STILL shows a seat I haven't owned since the first season. Didn't own it last season, yet it still appeared on Cityzens. Continue to not own the seat, continues to show up on Cityzens.
Try accessing the portal from NYCFC.com. I was trying to log in from the old portal (saved in favorites) and it was giving me an error. So I went to NYCFC.com and was successful in logging in with the same log in credentials.
I emailed them and I'm able to login now, points transferred to new seats and redeemed a Delta upgrade.
As I said above, the points will still show up, but they will be worthless. You can't actually buy anything with them. That's what happened to me at least...
My account says the connection is active but points are not coming through. Related, the Activity report doesn't seem to work.
