2019 Schedule Thread

Yup, sounds like (per my rep) the club is assigning seats—no chance to pick your own.
After I pushed my rep said he would check if there is any way for me to choose a different section. AFAIK he could just be going through the motions to assuage me, or maybe there's a chance.
What annoys me the most is the seats I am assigned at Citi are only comparable in the sense they have some sort of club access. They are objectively much worse in the view. The team had to decide whether to give me non-club but comparable views or a club but worse view and choose the bad view, presumably because they believed they had to put me in a club to justify charging me the same price. But for me it is lose-lose.

CONFIRMED we won’t be able to select our own seats. Seats will be assigned by the club.

Annoying, as I have end-of-row seats specifically to help deal with my elementary schoolers. But we’ll manage. I’m just glad the endline mezz seats are basically fine. mgarbowski mgarbowski , in your situation I’d opt out and buy once it opens for the public.

This could work out for me. It's very hard for my daughter to go to midweek games during the school year. I might be better off buying 1 ticket choosing where I want to sit.
I also emailed my rep that if the rumors about splitting the season between YS and Citi are true and if they assign me these seats I will definitely downgrade.
This is so much worse than the process they used when we played in Citi in 2017. It's as if Sims is actively trying to make things worse.

If we go to Citi, do we expect the LIRR to stop at mets willets point? that would help alot coming from work

Lol me and my buddy buy our seats separately instead of the same account. Guess we’ll be spread around citi field watching by ourselves

Lawyers of the Forum:

A season ticket box contains individually marked tickets, including price, for regular season home games and well as potential playoff home games. Should the amount charged to an individual for those potential home playoff games be higher than the stated price on the tickets, what should the season ticket holder do?
Read what the ticketholder agreement states. It probably has a provision providing that it controls regardless of promotional materials, stuff written on tickets, etc. And I would guess it also says prices are subject to change, etc., though I have not checked that myself.

Got an email saying our tickets are now loaded in our account. Of course, they’re not in my account, and in the invoice they’re labeled with my Yankee stadium seats and they haven’t given any clue as to what the Citi field location would be

I have the invoice for the playoff tickets in my account but not the tickets themselves

for me they didnt create a new invoice, they just tacked it onto my 2019 season invoice. It went from being marked as paid to unpaid

It’s just confusing. My 2019 invoice now has 2 TBD matches showing a $0 charge for each match. But I now owe $150 (4 SS playoff tickets @ FM prices) based on the past due balance. Am I allowed to complain about the UI of their upgrade online billing? Or is that not allowed because they are 1st in the East?

There are four slots there - the first two are filled, the third will be filled if we make the MLS Cup. The fourth isn’t needed since we have a bye.

I don't have a 2019 invoice on my page. o_O
I have a "new" unpaid invoice which I assume is for playoff tickets given the amount, but it has a due date of September 15, 2018. And no tickets.

Sept 15 is the first installment for 2020.
