Orlando Postmatch

Weren't very good until we made changes.

Didn't really like Wallace at LB, especially him getting beat by Larin on the second goal.

It wasn't the reason we lost, but absolutely bullshit reffing. Missed two handballs in the box, and another right outside the box.

Terrible lineup
Should've changed at the half
Looked way better when we changed
Stertzer did nothing
2 clear handballs missed
Time to go for a walk.
Thank God I have this on DVR now I can finally see our new candy boy " The Stertz" play . Even though you said he did nothing . What do you expect when he's probably spending all his time with that Alex Kremar chick giving her the Stertz till it hurts treatment !!!

Can someone explain what our plan is on corners? We had like 12 today, taken by something like 5 different players, and just about all of them save for the in-swinger from Jack were field goals sent way, way over everyone and clear across the box. There's far post, and then there's just wasting 12 set piece opportunities.

Similarly, while we played well towards the end, we lobbed way too many long balls into the box. None of our guys were ever going to get on to those. Why abandon our build-up play when we're the ones with our foot on the gas? We were controlling the last 10 min until the shitty long balls started flying.

Wallace wasn't particularly horrible at LB, but he should never play there again. He is far too valuable for us going forward. That diving header was a thing of beauty, even if he didn't score. I think the scoreline would be different if PV went 3 at the back from the start. We might have even been better defensively for it (at least it wouldn't have been Wallace bear hugging Larin for their 2nd).

How much longer do we have to watch a team play like shit, then miraculously start dominating games once Pirlo is taken off? How much more obvious can it get?

Villa got a yellow because... he gave the ball to the ref?

Tmac is just too slow this year.
He cannot play that position as it needs to be played for us. Frankly, he can't play any position other than one of the inside AMs in a 3-4-2-1. I don't need to see another minute of him.

Also, play Camargo. I don't give a shit how he feels about his living arrangements. Dude can ball.
For PV and the ref:

Wait what's the issue with Camargo? Every time he's been in he looks 10x more technically gifted than anyone around him. I always wondered what's stopping him from cracking the lineup or to start the season the 18 at least.

On the soccer in the city podcast they talked about Camargo having trouble adjusting to living in New York City. He lives by himself in the city, while most of the other players live in Westchester. He doesn't speak the language well and Vieira doesn't want to put added pressure on him while he is struggling with his living arrangements

He "hasn't adjusted well" per PV the Genius.
