After PSG and City were eliminated, I was leaning towards Dortmund and Monaco to support. Figures they got drawn in the quarters......
Speaking of BVB, they are kicking off in a few minutes to counterbalance all of the hoops.
That game was pitiful. Although Morales looked pretty boss at DM. Of course, that's Mikey's spot, so we can't bring in people who are, you know, starters in the Bundesliga.

They haven't really been clear on the explosions. But most have been serious enough to breach Windows on the upper level of bus
Wonder what that could of been. Nothing has really come out on our side of the pond. First time I've seen pics
Some kind of improvised explosive. It's taken out the protective coating but hasn't harmed the reinforced glass, clearly. Doesn't look like a very strong blast - something along the lines of a large firework, maybe.
I mean, at this stage we can't even rule out for certain that it wasn't just a particularly stupid fan lobbing something shop-bought. You still occasionally hear of team coaches getting bricked (and the bricks usually get through the windows, which says is all about this explosion).
Yeah, I'm not sure what exactly he was taken to hospital with. I think it's fairly safe to assume he was sat next to where the explosive went off, so he likely took a bit of concussive blast. I've not heard anything to suggest he was actually hit by anything. I'm going to guess he was taken in as a precaution and will be released by tomorrow morning if not before.

NickA What are your thoughts about what happen in Italy today ?? What a Game ! Now first Andrea and David must have been going crazy ! I sure hoped they watched together! How sad to see someone else with a 21 shirt make those goals. I choose to believe Andrea was there in spirit ! It was nice to see Messi and Naymar challenged . But I also was on pins and needles to see if Chiellini was gonna get another shit bit out his shoulder from that Beaver toothed Suarez !! .............Oh Andrea and David !!

So apparently Bartra suffered a broken wrist. This thing ended up being quite dangerous. Luckily there was only one other injury (a police officer escorting the bus) and no serious injuries.

It was awesome. I said it previously...a fully fit Juventus squad can beat anyone in the world.
I'm ok with the 21. I am a big Dybala fan. My family is in Palermo. He brought them back from dead. Sort of like what Luca Toni did in Palermo. So he's got a special place for me. He has the ability to be one of the best in the world. This Juventus team is as strong as the one that lost the final to Barcelona two years ago, maybe better. I think they have a really good chance. Gigi is looking as good as ever too. Legend.
For the record, I cried lol.
