Maybe they should be stocking up the rewards store with crap to use our points on...
don't worry.. there will be a signed, used sock from Ben Sweat going up soon.

didnt someone mention that they were going to do away with the points after this season? basically they gave up.
In the first couple of years, Cityzens was a real benefit. My kids got to walk out with the players, we had an autograph session, you could attend practice, I got some nice autographed pictures.shame if this is true.
they could be offering so many things as rewards to be cashed in on. things like merch with and without autographs are easy to offer up. limited seat upgrades are another easy one. an opportunity to do a city send off to meet the players, a free visit to an open training session. there are so many possibilities and they are dropping the ball by not utilizing this program better. it seems this was always kind of an after thought from the start. a huge missed opportunity by the club.
it would help if the site itself wasn't so clunky to use and navigate. this isn't a site under the mlssoccer umbrella, so they have complete freedom to make it as functional as they want it to be. i don't know who they have workin on this stuff, but clearly, its not a professional.
I've only ever used my points for getting indoor seats at the Delta club for those wintertime games. Now I'm gonna have to buy a friggin' spacesuit to keep warm at those early March matches.
There's a new look to the Cityzens website, but you can't login. I wonder what happens with it come 2021.
It had so much promise in the first season then went to shit. With how little effort they put into maintaining the website it should of been a red flag as to the resources CFG was willing to afford us.
We had a lot of ‘reported’ season ticket holders in the first few years. I think as those numbers started dwindling so to did the resources afforded to us.Remember the official NYCFC forum, City Voice? Yeah, they shut that down too...
